All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes full tracking and signature on delivery
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking available
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary for international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products if:
- In original packaging with all components
- Unused and in resalable condition

Returns Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- For exchanges: confirmation of product availability
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging and include:
- Completed returns form (from your original shipment)
- Copy of invoice
- RMA number clearly visible
Refund Process
Timing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit card/PayPal: 3-5 business days for processing
- Trade account credit: Applied within 2 business days
Deductions
We may deduct:
- Original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
- Restocking fee (15% for opened but unused professional equipment)
Exchanges
For product exchanges (e.g., switching from exposed to concealed valves):
- We’ll ship the replacement after receiving your return
- You pay any price difference plus new shipping costs
- For urgent needs, you may place a new order and receive refund upon return
Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns
