1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:
- In original packaging with all components
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and technical specifications, the following cannot be returned:
- Plumbing consumables (opened packages)
- Installation items (cut or modified components)
- Pump service kits (opened packages)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

3. Refund Process
