There is no direct like-for-like handset only replacement. The old 067120 shower head itself sits in the existing sliding handset holder (unlike all new products where the hose sits in the holder) on the old existing 600 kit. The old holder does not have a ratchet, the pivot point is on the old 067120 head itself. If you only change to a new head, you will not be able to angle the head at all.
